Amano and Chloe Mashiro are twin sisters who live in the Hakubu Zoo in the sleepy town of Hakubucho. They thought the zoo was a peaceful, quiet place, until one day they suddenly gained the ability to talk to the animals. They found out that there are many animals with troubles of their own, and they formed an "Animal Counseling Section" to help! The two sisters will present heartwarming animal stories!
