Chan-Hee is a fierce gangster who is unexpectedly hit with wisdom tooth pain after beating up a rival gang. When she goes to a dental clinic to get it removed, she falls head-over-heels for Ha-Jin, the beautiful dentist who happens to be on the night shift. Although Ha-Jin rejects Chan-Hee when she asks her on a date, it doesn't stop Chan-Hee from bringing her fancy lunches and gifts to woo her. One thing leads to another and they hook up at the clinic, but can their new relationship last when they're from two completely different worlds?
